If you are obtaining support from a NWTeche support technician, you will need to follow the steps below.
1. Choose the right version of the NWTeche Support Module for your Operating System type (Linux, Windows, Mac). Download and save the file to your desktop or another accessible folder.

2. After downloading, run the application. It does not require an installation. You may need to grant the program “Administrator rights.”
3. Follow the steps in the window that appears.
